The purpose of this document is to solicit sealed proposals with Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) and basic cost information from interested general contractors to serve as the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for a New Fire Station - Valdez Station 1 Replacement. This scope is based on funding availability and a determination will be made prior to contract approval.

Submissions will be accepted now through October 16, 2019 at 4:00 pm Alaska time

The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in a quote, to reject any and all quotes without cause, and to re-solicit for quotes.

Current minimum prevailing wage rates as published by the Alaska Department of Labor must be paid if required by law.

Requirements of the Alaska Employment Preference (AS 36.10) must be met.
