The City of Valdez Finance Department seeks proposals for an online billing and payment solution capable of seamless integration with Caselle Connect Government Accounting Software.    The selection will be made on the basis of qualifications and price, with preference given to competitive merchant fees, full customer and merchant support, and intuitive, flexible user interface.

The selection process must comply with procurement requirements of the City to ensure fair and open competition. The City reserves the right to cancel this procurement effort and will not reimburse respondents for any costs of preparation or submission of proposals.
