  5. The City of Valdez asks each group coordinator to keep a list of all individuals who are participating in your groups’ entry during the parade. Your list should include names and phone numbers. This list should be created prior to the parade and kept for 14 days afterwards. If requested, we ask that you provide this list to the Public Health Nurse and city health officials for health related purposes such as covid-19 contact tracing. In addition, we ask your group maintains appropriate social distancing measures during the parade. All current Valdez Public Health mandates will be in effect.
