Update: We're pleased to announce that the water service has been restored successfully to Loop Road and the South-Central Neighborhood. The system will begin to build pressure within the next 30 minutes.
As a result of the recent disruption, there is a possibility of temporary water discoloration. We recommend running your taps for a short period until the water runs clear to ensure optimal quality.

Attention Valdez Residents:
We regret to inform you of an ongoing domestic water outage affecting Loop Road and the South-Central Neighborhood. The Valdez Public Works team has been notified and is actively investigating this issue to determine the cause.
