The Valdez Fire Department is recruiting volunteer firefighters to serve our community! Volunteer firefighting is one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll have! As a volunteer firefighter, you help the community and are a more visible community member. Your work in the community directly impacts the people you know and work with daily, giving your work a stronger sense of purpose and positively impacting those in your life.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer firefighter and learning more about the program or the application process, contact the Valdez Fire Department at 907.835.4560 or stop by Station 1 at 407 W. Pioneer Street.
