Steve and Joy Hanson have requested a survey within Section 30, Township 9 South, Range 4 West, Copper River Meridian described as follows: A re-subdivision of Parcel 2A and Tract A Alpine Heights Subdivision (plat 2019-10). The subject property’s street address is 5200 Richardson Highway.
The preliminary plat will go before the Planning and Zoning Commission for approval on December 14th, 2022 at 7:00PM in the City Council Chambers (211 Fairbanks Drive). The public is invited to attend the meeting and provide your comments.
