Hike Alaska’s Wild ’K’ountry, better known as H.A.W.K. is back this summer! Starting June 1 - September 4, Parks and Recreation challenges you to hike, bike or jog the trails listed on this year’s H.A.W.K. trail card for your chance at some great prizes!
- Complete four (4) trails and be entered to win a prize,
- Complete all nine (9) trails and be entered to win the GRAND PRIZE!
- Log the date you hiked each trail and return your completed trail card no later than Friday, September 4.
- Completed trail cards can be returned to the Recreation Cener (414 W. Hanagita St.) via the drop box next to our main doors or by email to birish@valdezak.gov.
- One entry per participant please; no registration required.
