Instructor: Kamila Azevedo No pre-registration required. Limited yoga mats & blocks available. Participants are encourage to bring their own. All participants must sign participation waivers at the door. All participants under 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent/guardian. Participants will be lead through introduction, warm-up, practice, cool-down and relaxation sessions.
