The City of Valdez is now offering Direct Deposit (also known as ACH) for the payment of your invoices. A detailed pay stub including all invoices listed will still be provided with Direct Deposit. You may choose how to receive the payment stub via regular mail, fax or e-mail. Please make sure to select your preferred method on your application otherwise the pay stub will be automatically sent via regular mail.
To enroll in this program, complete the attached Direct Deposit (ACH) form and submit either via fax to (907) 834-3403 or mail to:

Once your application is received, the Direct Deposit (ACH) disbursement will take approximately 2 weeks to become effective. You will be informed of when you will begin receiving payment via Direct Deposit (ACH).
Please continue to submit your invoices in the same way, as you have been doing for approval and processing.
