Swim Lessons

Swim lessons are offered all year at the Valdez City Pool. Valdez Parks & Recreation is now using the Red Cross Learn to Swim curriculum for all lessons. We offer Preschool, Beginner, and Advanced Beginner lessons at this time. Participants in the Red Cross Learn to Swim program will focus on water safety and basic recreation swimming strokes such as the Front Crawl (Freestyle), Back Crawl (Backstroke), Breaststroke, and Elementary Backstroke.

To register for lessons, please  visit our registration site. Registration is based on availability and class sizes are limited. Registration is first-come first-reserved.
